PhotoVision Enterprises LLC operates ComedyTweet.com, and CandidTweet.com, individual and together work as a social networking service. The Comedy Tweet Services are hosted in the United States. Comedy Tweets actively makes use of the Application Programming Interface (API) provided by Twitter, Inc. for the acquisition of data. All terms and conditions imposed by Twiiter, Inc. are thusly incorporated herein in addtion to the following.Privacy. Please choose carefully the information you post on or through the Twitter, Inc. and Comedy Tweet Services and that you provide to other Users. Removal requests must be addressed to removal@pm42.com.
Eligibility. Use of the Comedy Tweet Services and registration to be a Member for the Comedy Tweet Services ("Membership") is void where prohibited. By using the Comedy Tweet Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 18 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the Comedy Tweet Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, COMEDY TWEET'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO COMEDY TWEET FOR THE COMEDY TWEET SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP OR USE.
Term. This Agreement, and any posted revision to this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Comedy Tweet Services or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Member's Account Settings page. Comedy Tweet may terminate your Membership at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.
